We are a busy practice and walk in appointments are not usually available. Appointments are needed to see your preferred doctor. Appointments can be made by calling reception or through our website:

You can make an appointment over the phone by calling us at (02) 9371-8377.

Our receptionists are available to book appointments within business hours on Monday to Saturday.

You can also book an appointment online here, 24 hours a day. Not all of our appointments are available online, so please make sure to call us on (02) 9371-8377 if you cannot find a suitable time online.

TYPES OF APPOINTMENTS
Booking the right type of appointment helps to keep our doctors running on time.
We offer standard and long appointments, depending on the nature of your health need.
Standard Consultation:
A standard consulation should be booked if you wish to discuss a single health issue.
A standard consultation is 15 minutes, should you anticipate that a longer appointment is needed please inform reception at the time.
Long Consultation:
A long consulation should be booked if you wish to discuss more than 1 health issue or you think you may have a lot of questions to ask your doctor.

PLEASE NOTE : Unfortunately we do not have a designated disability parking spot available, however , there is usually an area right outside the practice where patients can be dropped off. We have wheel chair access to our waiting room.
​Our reception staff happily phone DVA transport to facilitate travel to and from our surgery for eligible patient appointments
PLEASE NOTE: Our doctors try to run as close as possible to their appointment times, however this is not always possible. Emergencies may cause unexpected delays. If you are concerned that your doctor may be running late, feel free to ring us before coming in.
