Fees are to be paid at time of consultation. If you have special circumstances or hardship, please discuss it with the doctor at the time. A full price list for consultations, common procedures and vaccinations isavailable from reception. Please ask our reception team should you have any enquiries regarding practice fees.
We ask that all accounts are paid at the time of consultation. If you are unable to attend your consultation please give notice otherwise a cancellation fee may be levied. Please ensure you bring your Medicare card or Pension Card to your appointment.

We accept, Mastercard, Visa, Eftpos, Cash.

Our practice uses Medicare Online which allows us to transmit your rebate claim to Medicare, who will then deposit the funds into your nominated bank account on their records.

PLEASE NOTE: A Standard Consultation refers to a consultation where only a single health issue or question is discussed.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel or change your appointment without incurring any fees, as long as you give us at least two hours notice. To cancel or change your appointment please phone us on (02) 9371-8377.

OTHER FEES
Procedures, vaccines and the use of some medical consumables as part of your treatment may attract a fee.
In order to cover the cost of providing highly skilled staff, supplies and equipment for procedures, Rose Bay Medical Practice has set fees for procedures based on the length of time, complexity of the treatment and supplies and equipment required.
Please speak to our reception team to discuss the price of any procedures or vaccines that you may need.
Fees must be paid on the day and accounts not paid on the day may incur a $10 accounting fee. No further appointments can be made while fees are outstanding.
